1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6 Games ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services, games, features, promotions, and content available on 6 Games at https://6games.app ("the Site").

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses 6 Games in any capacity. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 6 Games, you confirm unconditional acceptance of all Terms published here, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and play on 6 Games, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full 6 Games platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is strictly permitted to hold one active account on 6 Games. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different contact details, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 6 Games will close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances. Deposited real money funds will be returned to the verified payment source after deduction of any fraudulently obtained bonus winnings.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. 6 Games will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your account credentials. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

6 Games may at any time request identity verification documentation from any account holder. For single withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000, CNIC or passport verification is required as standard. Verification documents must be clear, unaltered, and show all four edges of the document. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary withdrawal suspension. This procedure is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is applied consistently to all players.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

6 Games accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods exclusively: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Processing time: Mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) — instant. IBFT bank transfer — up to 2 banking hours. Card payments — instant.
• Deposits made by third parties are not accepted. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and match the account holder details on your 6 Games account.
• 6 Games does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.
• If a deposit is reversed, declined, or returned by your payment provider after it has been credited to your 6 Games account, the corresponding amount plus any bonus funds generated will be recovered from your balance. If insufficient balance exists, the outstanding amount becomes a debt owed to 6 Games.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 6 Games are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is applied consistently across all accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Processing time: Mobile wallets — under 10 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfer — 1 to 4 hours.
• Only real money balances are withdrawable. Bonus credit balances must complete their specified wagering requirement before converting to real money that can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification as described in Section 3.4. Submitting accurate documentation promptly will minimise any delay.
• 6 Games reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request without providing advance notice, where there is reasonable cause related to fraud prevention, AML compliance, or account security.
• Any winnings generated from a balance funded entirely by bonus credits are subject to the maximum win cap specified in the relevant promotion's terms before wagering completion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on 6 Games are subject to their individual terms, which are published in full on the Promotions page at the time each offer is available. The following general bonus terms apply to all 6 Games promotions unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Deposit-matched bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement — typically between 8x and 12x the bonus amount — before the bonus balance converts to real withdrawable PKR. The exact wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Daily cashback bonuses credited under the standard cashback programme are not subject to any wagering requirement.

6.2 Eligible Games

Wagering requirements on standard deposit bonuses are fulfilled by play across all eligible games on 6 Games unless a promotion's specific terms restrict eligibility to a particular game category. Where a promotion is game-specific (for example, the Friday Crash Reload bonus), only bets on the specified game category count towards the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Validity

All bonus credits have a validity period — between 7 and 30 days depending on the specific promotion — within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus credits that remain at the end of the validity period without meeting the wagering requirement are removed from the account. Real money balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.

6.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention

6 Games monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed specifically to meet wagering requirements while minimising exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, and collusion between accounts to fulfil bonus conditions. Where abuse is identified, 6 Games reserves the right to void bonus balances, void bonus-generated winnings, and close the associated account.

7. Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

All games available on 6 Games operate according to their published rules, which are displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game on 6 Games, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

• All bet results are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player once the relevant betting window has closed or the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a result from being determined, 6 Games reserves the right to void all bets placed for the affected round and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game and per round are displayed within the game interface. 6 Games reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Live dealer game results — including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and Dragon Tiger — are determined by the physical actions of live studio dealers and are not manipulable by 6 Games. In the event of a dealer error being identified by studio management, the affected hand may be declared void and stakes returned.
• RNG-based games operate on certified random number generation technology. 6 Games does not manipulate RNG outcomes in any way.

8. Fairness, Integrity and Prohibited Conduct

6 Games is committed to maintaining the integrity of all games and the fairness of the platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion on 6 Games.
• Use of automated betting software: Bots, scripts, or any form of automated betting tool that places bets without direct human input are not permitted on 6 Games.
• Arbitrage: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers or pricing anomalies in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Fraud: Any attempt to use stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to fund a 6 Games account.
• Money laundering: Using 6 Games deposits and withdrawals to process or conceal proceeds of criminal activity. 6 Games cooperates fully with applicable authorities and complies with AML obligations.
• Account sharing: Allowing any person other than the registered account holder to place bets or conduct transactions on a 6 Games account.

9. Responsible Gaming

6 Games is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gaming behaviour. A full suite of responsible gaming tools is available to all registered players from within the account settings section of the platform.

Available tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 12 months), and permanent or temporary self-exclusion. 11. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any content, software, or game assets from 6 Games without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 6 Games intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

12. Limitation of Liability

6 Games provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and accurate service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6 Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses. 6 Games' total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposited amount held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 6 Games' negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Gaming involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in games on 6 Games at your own risk and that gaming losses are a foreseeable outcome of participation. 6 Games cannot and does not guarantee profits or returns from any game or betting activity on the platform.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

6 Games reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its reasonable discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Duplicate account creation
• Abuse of promotional offers
• Underage gambling
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real money balance remaining after deduction of fraudulently obtained bonus winnings will be returned to the verified payment source. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, all real money balances are returned promptly following completion of any required verification.

14. Amendments to These Terms

6 Games reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
